4. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Gitplum service, API, intelligence engine, and all associated software are the proprietary property of Instalabs, LLC. The Gitplum name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Instalabs, LLC. This website's source code is available under the Apache License 2.0, but the brand and backend services are not.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service with your repositories, you grant us a limited license to access and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Open-Source Software
The Gitplum website source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. See the repository and NOTICE file for details on what is and is not covered by the open-source license.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
6. API Usage
Access to the Gitplum API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that exceed reasonable usage or engage in abusive patterns.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Information provided by Gitplum about third-party repositories is generated through automated analysis and may contain inaccuracies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instalabs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
